C\u2019est v\u00e9ritablement gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la rencontre avec Renaud Barillet , directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Cultplace, que la situation se d\u00e9bloque en 2018. Ils se lancent alors dans un projet des plus ambitieux : reconvertir le No\u00e9 en un lieu de vie, de rencontres et d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nements accessible au public. de p\u00eache construit sur un chantier portugais en 1959, Olavur Halgi fait partie d\u2019une s\u00e9rie de trois navires destin\u00e9s aux Iles F\u00e9ro\u00e9 qui bouleversent les standards de la construction navale.<\/p><p>Ces navires associent une part de construction soud\u00e9e et rivet\u00e9e, une coque en acier, des superstructures en aluminium, et accueillent surtout une nouveaut\u00e9 importante : une h\u00e9lice \u00e0 pas variable \u00e0 commande hydraulique.<\/p><p>Tous les standards de construction actuels se retrouvent ainsi il y a plus de 60 ans dans le class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Transform\u00e9 en 1978, le navire s\u2019\u00e9mancipe peu \u00e0 peur de son activit\u00e9 de chasseur pour devenir alors un navire de surveillance des p\u00eaches man\u0153uvr\u00e9 par le gouvernement des Iles F\u00e9ro\u00e9.<br \/><br \/>En 1996, il est revendu \u00e0 un armateur norv\u00e9gien qui l\u2019assigne \u00e0 la surveillance des plates-formes p\u00e9troli\u00e8res en mer du Nord sous le nouveau nom de Veagag.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div No\u00e9.<\/p><p>Destin\u00e9 \u00e0 devenir un navire de production audiovisuelle, le futur du No\u00e9 semble alors s\u2019inscrire \u00e0 la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision.<\/p><p>D\u2019importants travaux structurels sont effectu\u00e9s sur le bateau : la salle des machines est enti\u00e8rement r\u00e9nov\u00e9e, un studio d\u2019enregistrement est cr\u00e9\u00e9\u2026<\/p><p>Les difficult\u00e9s financi\u00e8res rencontr\u00e9es par Carabin conduisent \u00e0 l\u2019arr\u00eat complet du chantier en 2002, suivi d\u2019une immobilisation du navire et de longues proc\u00e9dures de
